Rule of a Happy Mindset

  1. Do not regret what has already happened. When trying to lose weight, if you couldn't resist and ate a piece of cake, do not regret or feel frustrated. Instead, eat less in the next meal or exercise afterwards to make up for it, salvage and change.

  2. Do not think too far into the future, as the future is uncertain and we cannot even decide what to eat for lunch tomorrow. Worrying about the future is a waste of time. Happiness is in the present moment, so live in the present and focus on what you can do now, rather than thinking about the past or future.

  3. Improve your sense of self-worth.

  4. Use external objects to record forgotten happiness, lower desires, record happy things, take a photo of a coffee you like, take a photo of autumn leaves, and so on. Looking through the photo album will bring a sense of happiness.

  5. Replace complaints with gratitude. Speak the words out loud and repeat them to yourself. This will give yourself a psychological suggestion and make it feel true. Complaining about life does not make it better. Being alive and healthy every day is worth being grateful for. Lower the threshold for gratitude.

  7. People with high levels of happiness only focus on themselves and not on others. They live their own lives. The lives of others have nothing to do with me. Being happy in one's own small world is enough.

With this mindset, be grateful for life and confidently move towards a happier path. Other people have no relevance to me. All the beauty in the world comes rushing towards you.
